As is always the case, we will maximize interaction between our vendor / sponsor partners and attendees, including the HFMA-run vendor prize raffle (included in the exhibition price). In prior years, vendors, sponsors, and attendees have enjoyed the vendor interaction game; PLUS, it helps drive traffic to your location, which in turn maximizes attendee interaction.
Vendors will set up on Wednesday night. Thursday and Friday will be multi-track, full-day programs – with Thursday also featuring a networking reception to offer additional vendor / sponsor exposure and time to interact with attendees! And that’s not all… your company will also receive pre-conference and post-conference attendee lists (name, title, company).
