She held key roles at Aetna, Humana, and most recently at HealthEdge, where she continued to demonstrate her unwavering commitment to improving healthcare systems and outcomes. Her contributions spanned decades and reflected a deep knowledge of the industry paired with a human-centered approach.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Meri was a vital part of the HFMA MA-RI community. She generously gave her time and energy to several committees, including Revenue Cycle, Healthcare Transformation, and Women’s Leadership. Meri’s volunteerism wasn’t just about participation — she brought enthusiasm, wisdom, and a collaborative spirit to every project and meeting.
