Revenue Cycle Conference 2023

The HFMA MA-RI Revenue Cycle Committee is seeking speaker and presentation proposals for its 2023 Annual Revenue Cycle Conference (RCC) to be held in person at Gillette Stadium on May 10-11, 2023.
This is HFMA’s premier revenue cycle conference in the Northeast and has attracted 500-plus revenue cycle professionals for several years running. Share your expertise and help advance the best practices relating to current issues impacting the revenue cycle with your colleagues across the revenue cycle spectrum.
A small list of potential topics includes the following:
- Examples of provider revenue cycle success stories
- Operational Improvement in Patient Access, Billing & Coding, and Patient Financial Services
- Payer/Provider Collaboration
- Legislative/regulatory updates
- Automation
- Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion
- Revenue Cycle Impact of the End of COVID Waiver Support
- Price Transparency
- Population Health
Submissions Close: Friday, March 3, 2023*
*All submissions must be received by March 3, 2023, for primary consideration. Late submissions will be reviewed only on an as-needed basis.
The majority of sessions will be in the 45-60 minute format, with one or two 75-minute panel discussions. This year you have the opportunity to apply to present a breakout session and/or apply to be a panelist.
Breakout Sessions:
All breakout sessions should be primarily focused on and clearly relevant to the revenue cycle or financial management, and ideally will include interactive discussions, practical takeaways, and a period for questions and answers. Presentations from provider speakers are particularly encouraged.

Each submission must include:
- Name and contact information of Submitter
- Proposed speaker(s), if different from above
- Session title
- Names, titles, organizations, and emails of all proposed presenter(s)
- A brief explanation or outline of the presentation
- Presenter/co-presenter brief biographies
Panel Sessions:
Panel sessions will have 3-5 panelists with one moderator. Panel topics will be decided based on proposed topics and panelist availability. Panelists can be providers or vendors.

Each submission must include:
- Name and contact information of Submitter
- Proposed panelist(s), if different from above
- Session title
- Names, titles, organizations, and emails of all proposed panelist(s)
- A brief explanation of topics panelist(s) are interested in speaking about and have expertise in
- Presenter/co-presenter brief biographies
If your proposal is selected, you will be notified by HFMA well in advance of the event. HFMA will not contact submitters unless the proposal has been chosen.
